Elevating Health and Well Being

Sarah’s Story

Hello, Friends.

I’m Sarah Haberman, and I’m devoted to harmony as both a concept and a practice.

The path I’ve followed is a lifelong quest to learn by doing, driven by curiosity, playfulness and awe of the wilderness and inner worlds we each inhabit. Each experience has helped me better understand how to live life in more harmony. Haberman Harmonics was created to help others experience greater inner and outer harmony in their lives too.

My mission is to help people remember who they are and come home to their body’s wisdom, transforming their relationship with self, others and the natural world. Breath and sound are ancient healing modalities, and horses have been part of our evolution for centuries. Each can provide gateways to personal discovery and higher consciousness. These are my harmonics — tools for connection, balance and healing.

More About Sarah

Seeker, Explorer, Sacred Space Holder

As co-founder of Haberman/Modern Storytellers, I’ve dedicated my career to discovering and advancing pioneers who are evolving consciousness on the planet. The empowerment of women, growing sustainable food and supporting socially conscious organizations have been consistent themes in my work.

Some of the many female pioneers I’ve been honored to work with include futurist Barbara Marx Hubbard (author of Conscious Evolution), visionary architect Sarah Susanka (author of The Not So Big House) and polar explorer Ann Bancroft. I’ve also supported agency clients such as Volvo Cars of North America, Organic Valley and Annie’s. I serve on the Leadership Team and help lead Haberman’s wellness, organizational development, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives while also actively participating in Haberman’s employee-sponsored organic garden program.
